Implementation of Dues for the Re-constituted VISNA

TO: VISNA MEMBERS PAYING DUES BY PAYROLL DEDUCTION & BY CENTRAL BILLING

Please be reminded that you have been informed several times after the close of the biennial Convention in October of 2023 that the reconstitution of VISNA resulted in a single dues fee of $9.37. Towards that end ALL Finance departments and ANA have been consulted about implementing this change which will mainly impact members working /living on St. Thomas/St. John.

For members paying by payroll deduction it becomes effective the first pay period in July. 

For members whose dues are deducted by ANA it becomes effective by July 31. Remember that VISNA is a constituent member or state of ANA so the dues are correctly referred to as VISNA/ANA Dues. The breakdown of the $9.37 is $3.60 to VISNA and $5.77 to ANA. 

Those members in the Collective Bargaining Unit or eligible for CBU membership will pay the Service Fee of $20.00 by payroll deduction. ANA does not collect CBU dues.
