Nibbs, would like to advise all retirees that the new IRS W-4P form must filled out by each member.   The revised Form W-4P (Withholding Certificate for Periodic Pension or Annuity Payments) includes substantial changes to the federal tax withholding elections available. As a result, you may see a slight change in your annuity payments as of January 31, 2023.
